A great chair for the reasonable price
by RistokollektiiviIn short: firm but comfortable chair, provides good support for your posture, built-in lumbar support works very well and produces no noise at all, nice looks, armrests are just right amount of flexible when adding weight on them. I can recommend the Hero Two Tone for most of the people. Shorter people should pick some other model. I'm 174 cm and 74 kg. At lowest position my feet just reach the floor. Then again you can use something to support your dangling legs. This is my first gaming chair ever. I was somewhat hesitant to buy a chair without testing it prior to purchase. I searched ratings and reviews about both gaming and office chairs. It was clear to me that I needed a chair which has a full length backrest and a headrest. My long investigation directed me to buy a gaming chair because "proper" office chairs cost at least twice the price of this well made Hero. I also got an impression that Noblechairs has good customer service should I ever need to contact them. This chair provides good support for my back. I'm very satisfied with the in-built lumbar support system. No pillows needed to support my spine. The headrest feels comfortable though I would have needed that pillow for extra support. For my taste this Hero Two Tone is very comfortable to sit in. It feels nice to the touch and I like the level of firmness the seat offers. The look of the Hero is pleasing. It's subtle while it catches your eye. Armrests of this chair are very comfortable. They are wide and they feel just a right amount of soft when you put a little weight on them. All the adjustments work very well and the armrests feel sturdy. They make very little noise if any when I shift my position. Casters roll well both on carpet and on hard floor. There is only little to be dissatisfied with the Hero. When unboxing I noticed some superficial damage on the metal part which contains chair tilt and hight adjustment levers. Because these marks cannot be seen in use and they don't cause any functionality issues it's not a big deal. Perhaps I am just an unlucky person because I haven't heard anyone else mentioning this thing. When undergoing every little detail I found two gray stitching ends sticking up from the left front of the seat. Not really an issue for me but I bet someone would be annoyed. All in all Hero Two Tone is a very comfortable chair which provides good support for your back. Durability will reveal itself in time but the Hero seems to be very solid and well built. I warmly recommend the Hero Two Tone for those who must endure long sessions seated.
