Our prices are already priced competitively. Therefore we do not make offers for orders that are
under 2000€ and we deliver the products priced accordingly on our website. If your order exceeds
over 2000€, you may ask for an offer. However we cannot give huge discounts. We can also provide
many parts that cannot be found on our website. If you want to order parts that are not listed
on our website, you can ask about them by phone, email or at our store.
Changes in Prices
We reserve the right to correct price after the order, if the pricing has a clear error and the
price can be considered to be abnormally low in relation to the general price level. (Legal
Action Act section 32)
Orders
Orders can be made directly by mail or by using the shopping cart on our website.
The customer must be at least 18 years of age to order. Under aged customers, by request, must
show guardian signed authorization to place an order.
Computer packages that are worth over 3000€ and are modified by the customer’s needs are defined
as special orders. Therefore customers must pay 10% value of the package with down payment or
advance payment. Down payment will not be refunded if the order is cancelled by the customer!
Delivery
Delivery is made by either Matkahuolto or Posti via cash on delivery, prepaid or by credit card
through Verifone. Please note that large packages are often considerably cheaper through
Matkahuolto.
Customers receive an automatic notification when the orders are delivered to Matkahuolto and
Posti. You will also receive Posti’s tracking code for the order.
Products can also be retrieved from our store. Our store will notify you when the order is ready
to be picked up. Payment can be made upon pick up of the order, in which case the payment
methods debit/credit VISA / VISA Electron and MasterCard. Remember to take your ID when you are
picking up your prepaid order from our store. If you cannot pick up your order, you can give
authorization to someone to pick it up. The authorization must include your order number,
signature and the retriever’s information. It is possible to buy the products tax-free if the
products are going outside the EU region.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver the ordered products within 1-4 working days (Computer packages within 1-4
weeks). The stock and the estimated delivery time of the product are shown on the product
information page.
We will inform the customers if the order takes more time to process than promised on our
website. Contact will be made via telephone, email or a general notice on our website. If for
some reason we do not contact you directly after the period contact us! A call or an email will
settle the matter quickly. The customer is obliged to inform us with their contact
information from where they are easily reached. This ensures the contact between us and the
customers.
Please keep in mind that products with 0 stock may have a long delivery time. Adding such
product to the order may delay it considerably and we will not inform about it
separately.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
In general our product have a 1 year warranty (some specifically mentioned products and displays
have 3 years) with the exception of special products such as pre-tested products (CPU’s, GPU’s,
memory, etc.) as well as pre-installed cooling solutions (e.g. GPU’s) which the guarantee is
limited to three months unless stated otherwise. Check the product description for these
exceptions with the warranty period. Also check beforehand our prebuild computer packages about
their warranty in their product description.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase (products delivered by Matkahuolto or Posti)
or when the product is retrieved from our store or when the product is shipped to the customer.
Mainly we will replace the defective product with the same or replace it with a product with the
corresponding features.
A replacement products warranty does not reset but continues from the original purchase date.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear, software faults, incorrect installation or operating
faults caused by the customer (e.g. cooler removed or changed, serial number sticker removed or
defaced).
Products under warranty must always be in its original condition. All modifications carried by
the customer to the product will end the warranty.
The builder is responsibly for the costs of determining the defective part of the built
computer.
Warranty returns always require you to fill in an RMA form on our website to determine a
possible fault. You will receive a return message with detailed instructions for the return. We
will always inspect the product for the described fault. Return parcels must be accompanied by
contact information, descriptions of the fault and a copy of your receipt. Returns must be
packaged carefully.
NOTICE! We will charge 30 € service fee for unfounded returns as well as the shipping costs
of Matkahuolto or Posti. Myös mahdolliset huoltoliikkeen kulut veloitetaan, mikäli tuotteella on
oma valtuutettu takuuhuolto.
Jimm’s PC-Store Ltd. does not assume any liability for special products such as air, water and
compressor cooling products on accidents or material damages which have occurred on home
installation and usage. The products are intended for the experts and professionals to be
properly installed and used. Notice that all other liquids, except the coolants and distilled
water found on our website, will terminate the water cooling products warranty!
Cancellation and Return Conditions
Products that are bought from our store have a 30 day cancellation and exchange policy from the
day you receive the product. If the product or product are delivered in several instalments, the
30 days are calculated from the last consignment received. When calculating the cancellation
right, weekends and holidays are included excluding the date of receipt. It shall be sufficient
that the notice of cancellation is made within the time limit.
You can notify about your order cancellation either by using the cancellation form that comes
with the order or using a free form. You can email the notification to our customer service
[email protected] , send it in mail to Lukkosepänkatu 7, 20320 Turku or call our customer
service number 029 70 70700. You cannot return your order or leave it unclaimed without notify
us with a cancellation. Customer is responsible for, if necessary, to show that the notice of
cancellation has been made. Cancellation does not need an explanation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to show the date of receipt of the products for example a
receipt from Posti or Matkahuolto.
The customer must keep the received product substantially unchanged or undiminished until the
customer has decided to keep the products.
The product is not considered to be taken in use if the customer has handled the product as
necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning properly.
If the consumer does not keep the goods essentially unchanged or unreduced, Jimm's has the right
to charge the amount corresponding to the decrease in value.
If the goods have become unsaleable due to having been used, Jimm's has the right to refuse to
refund the customer at all for the amount the latter has paid.
When returning bundle- and game campaign products, all items included in that campaign must be
returned.
A right of cancellation does not apply to sealed and supplied computer software, game, sound
recording or video recording which has had its seal opened. Also the right of cancellation does
not apply to sealed and delivered hygiene product (e.g. ear buds) which have their seal opened.
In addition the right of cancellation does not apply to products which are product or are
modified accordingly to the customer’s needs or are clearly specialized to the needs of the
customer (e.g. specifically assembled computer or water cooling). The customer may lose his
right of cancellation in other cases that are provided in the Consumer Protection Act, Chapter
6, §16.
It is considered an order for the company if the customer gives a company name during the order.
Please submit a RMA request before returning. RMA requests will be accepted on a case-by-case
basis.
Product returns are free of charge to the customers. Products must be returned to Jimm’s by
using Posti’s customer return. The products must be packaged accordingly to the instructions we
provide. You may also return the product directly to the store. Jimm’s reserves the right to
charge customers for the return shipping if the product is clearly used or the return is
unfounded for. Products must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the
cancellation was made. The time limit is met if the customer send the products back before the
14 day time limit.
The customer is only responsible decrease in product value which is result of anything other
than handing the product as necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning.
Any damages caused be the shipping must be reported immediately to the shipping company and
Jimm’s.
If your order contains a product(s) which availability is marked as “not confirmed/ei
vahvistettu”, this means that we are unable to guarantee the product's delivery. It is possible
that the ordered product cannot be delivered at all. In this case our customer service will
contact you and suggest a possible replacement product. However, if no replacement product is
found, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.
If the customer cancels the contract, Jimm’s will return all payments received from the
customer, excluding surcharged delivery costs or other services already performed, without delay
and in no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of cancellation.
Jimm’s will disburse payment with the payment method which the client has used for the initial
transaction unless the customer has agreed otherwise and there are no extra costs to the
customer.
Jimm’s may withhold payments for a refund until Jimm’s has received the product or until the
customer has proven of having sent the product back.
Revocable agreement relating to ancillary contracts are cancelled with currently valid
legislation.
Payment Security and Processing of Personal Data
We hope that customers log in to our system before placing an order. We save the following
information to the customer registry: name, address, phone number, email address, username,
password and the customers IP address.
We do not use customer information for direct marketing without your consent.
We do not disclose our customer’s information to a third party without authority provision.
Online and credit card payments are handled by Paytrail. Supported are all of the major online
payments, credit cards and mobile payments. Our system do not collect any credit card
information.
Settlement of disputes
Primarily we aim to resolve any dispute situations by negotiating directly with the customer
either by email, telephone or in a meeting.

If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the
parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (
