Thought of spending £400 on a chair?
Well I certainly needed a new one, old one was not comfortable and made my back ache.
Looked at reviews I wanted quality, comfort and value for money.
Choose Hero black edition.
Love the feel of this breathable faux leather, looks good too.
Everything just feels quality and solid, little things like the wheels silently glide.
Previously I had to stop using compiter, as my backside hurt and my back ached.
The ability to alter the back support, was the reason I didnt go for others in range.
I simply cannot believe how much more comfortable sitting at my desk has become.
I could have paid less, but ive had £200 chairs, never again AND would 100% recomended this to anyone.
My only regret is I was too tight to buy one earlier.
Nice chair

This is a review after having it for 2 weeks.
I've been doing my research on a lot of computer/office/gaming chairs, and this reviewed very highly no matter where I looked; reviews, articles, YouTube videos and their comments. The thing I liked the most was the look, and I was even happier in person. The comfort is great, even though I wasn't sure at first seating, but I realised at the end of the first day, that it was amazing compared to my previous chair. My lower back pain has gone. My girlfriend even said how comfy it is, to her surprise as she thought her chairs at work were pretty comfortable.
Now to the negatives. I am not happy with how much the arm rests wriggle. They feel quite flimsy if you were to move them around, but in normal use you do not notice it. I haven't used any of chairs with these 4D arm rests, so I cannot compare.
My biggest issue was that the chair did not sit straight. The castors and piston were fine and straight, but the metal piece that connects to the underside of the chair seemed to have machining issues. This meant that when the bolts went through, one side the bolts and washers didn't want to sit flush to the metal. So when I sat on the chair after assembly, I'd sit straight and noticed my head was sitting closer to one side of the headrest. Today I remedied this by adding on one side a nut on both bolts, between the chair and metal piece. I'm sure this would have been covered by the warranty, but just make sure you don't throw out the packaging so quickly like I did.
(I do have photos of the fix in case Noblechairs want to see what I mean)
