Language

Shorter users take note

I got this pillow set to go with my Elder Scrolls HERO chair. The pillow set is very nice, the lumbar cushion is supportive without being too rigid and the design matched the chair perfectly. Smaller users may want to be aware, however, that the neck pillow is more of a headrest - at least on the HERO chair. I am 5'6" (168cm) tall and it hits me at high up on the back of my head, well above my neck. The straps are too short to pull it down any further, and because the HERO doesn't have any "holes" in the back like the EPIC you can't thread them through the back. I had my husband (183 cm) try it and it hits him a little high as well but at least it's closer to his neck. A bit disappointing, as I was really looking for neck support. The quality is still nice though and the covers can be removed for washing (obviously haven't tried that yet).
