DESIGNED FOR HARD & SOFT FLOORING
The foundation of the HERO Series from noblechairs is the powder coated wheelbase made from solid aluminum with five arms and specially designed castors. These 60mm castors consist of a Nylon core with a polyurethane coating that allows them to be quiet and suited for hard and soft flooring. Combined with the Safety Class 4 gas lift, the HERO has been designed in conjunction with the optimized base to offer support for a maximum load of up to 150 kg (330 lbs).

Une très bonne et belle chaise
by AnthonyJe vais essayer de résumé mon avis le plus brièvement en quelques points. (Au moment où j'écris cela va faire tout juste un an que j'ai reçus ce produit.) Design : Waouh ! elle est incroyable, sur ce point là rien à redire ! Tout est propre dans la globalité et les finitions sont soignées. Elle va parfaitement dans mon environnement. Qualité : Que dire… là aussi c'est un sans faute ! l'aspect "faux cuir" sur les modèles "High-tech Cuir synthétique" est irréprochable, franchement on ne fait pas vraiment la différence alors que je suis habitué à en voir très souvent sur mes voitures allemandes, même l'odeur est semblable. Les accoudoirs sont solides et possèdent peu de jeu. Le fait qu'ils soient 4D rajoute vraiment un plus pour bien s'installer comme on le souhaite. La mousse est toujours aussi dense qu'il y a un an donc je me fais pas de soucis pour le futur. Confort : Personnellement je la trouve très confortable même si au début ça peut perturbé un peu car l'assise est hautement dense en mousse donc plutôt dur mais on s'y fait. Autre point que je trouve génial c'est le dossier réglable avec la molette pour les lombaires !! Mille fois mieux que les coussins à mettre dans le dos ! (ils en fournissent quand-même un) Bonus ! : Le SAV est juste irréprochable ! Pour certaines réponses j'ai attendu moins de 5-10 min, j'ai fait appelle au service deux fois; à chaque fois ils ont été super, rapide et pertinent. Voilà mon petit point de vue sur ce produit un an (11 mois et demie si on veut être plus précis) après la première utilisation. Je recommande grandement cette chaise; en particulier la "Hero Java Edition".
