Very nice chair, with room for improvement

In general I do like this chair. While it has many things I love, there are several things that keep it from being something I'd recommend to a friend. For "pros", it looks nice and it's the best chair I've ever owned. It's comfortable and has enough adjustments to make it fit my workspace perfectly. That being said, there are some things that have been disappointing in my first few weeks of ownership. 1) The chair back is not square with the base. To say another way, when adjusted the same, one arm rest digs into the chair (right side) while the left side has a gap. I disassembled and re-assembled the chair to try to fix this, and only got it "better", but it's still not right. 2) the chair rocking mechanism squeaks. It's not the biggest problem in the world, but the squeak doesn't scream "quality" to me. 3) I really wish there was an adjustable lumbar support on this model. The chair is comfortable overall, but adjustable lumbar support would be a big improvement. 4) The arm rest padding is "ok", but most days I'm left wanting better.
For the price I paid, I'm very happy with this chair! Had I paid MSRP, I would likely return it for a different option.

First off I ordered this on Thanksgiving evening and they shipped it just a few hours later. Saturday, less than 2 days from ordering, it was already delivered. 20 minutes later I’m sitting in the most comfortable chair I’ve owned. I worried I was spending too much for “not that much of an upgrade.” Wrong! This chair looks and feels incredible. The quality really shows. My first gaming session went perfect! The adjustable arms and height got me to a position my last chair couldn’t. I was much more comfortable and natural with my mouse movements. And I didn’t find myself fidgeting after a few hours like before. I am highly recommending these chairs to my friends, especially while they’re on sale!
Thoughts after 5 years...

Had one of these so long now, I've forgot where I actually bought it from! So after five years with one of these, I have to say it has easily been one of - if not THE best purchases I've ever made when it comes to PC chairs.
The build quality is fantastic, really lasts the test of time, there's no sign of appreciable wear, none of the stitching is frayed or discoloured, nothing creaks that shouldn't, in short - the chair itself I'm sure with a wipe over with a cloth would be hard pressed to tell it had been sat in daily for five years plus! My only gripe I guess is with the movable cushions - they keep their shape ok, but the elastic holding them in place loses the will after a while, and also eventually the rubbery like backing to the head cushion flakes away in tiny pieces. Easy to spot and deal with - plus you don't have to use the cushions of course.
Despite that, if/when i decide to replace or just need another, Noblechairs will be my first stop. Highly recommended.
