Very nice chair, with room for improvement

In general I do like this chair. While it has many things I love, there are several things that keep it from being something I'd recommend to a friend. For "pros", it looks nice and it's the best chair I've ever owned. It's comfortable and has enough adjustments to make it fit my workspace perfectly. That being said, there are some things that have been disappointing in my first few weeks of ownership. 1) The chair back is not square with the base. To say another way, when adjusted the same, one arm rest digs into the chair (right side) while the left side has a gap. I disassembled and re-assembled the chair to try to fix this, and only got it "better", but it's still not right. 2) the chair rocking mechanism squeaks. It's not the biggest problem in the world, but the squeak doesn't scream "quality" to me. 3) I really wish there was an adjustable lumbar support on this model. The chair is comfortable overall, but adjustable lumbar support would be a big improvement. 4) The arm rest padding is "ok", but most days I'm left wanting better.
For the price I paid, I'm very happy with this chair! Had I paid MSRP, I would likely return it for a different option.

Great chair, straight forward to do, only poor thing about mine was one of the bolts were crossed threaded and had to go buy a new one from bnq, six months on its showing signs of wear and becoming abit loose
A nice chair, but not a 10/10

This chair definitely isn't bad, but I must say that I kind of disagree with all these other reviews saying that it's the perfect chair with absolutely no faults. I personally feel that the seat itself is slightly too firm. I find myself having to switch positions every once in a while to remain comfortable. In addition to this, some of the components of the chair remain wobbly even after assembling it all.Another disappointment I had was when I unpackaged the chair, I found that one of the washers that is supposed to be attached to the side of the chair had fallen off either during transit or just wasn't put on properly during manufacturing. It wasn't so hard to hold the washer in place while assembling the chair but it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you spend £300 on a chair and it arrives somewhat damaged.
Negatives aside, the chair is definitely an upgrade over what I previously had. The armrests are backrest are both great, the assembly was quick and simple and gaming in this chair definitely has made my gaming sessions better. That being said, for £300 I did expect a bit more. I'm going to purchase a seat cushion for the chair and hopefully that'll sort out the problem of the seat being too firm for me.
