I ordered the Hero black/gold model and I am totally satisfied with the chair, very comfortable, easy to assemble, good quality, only positive points. I also have 2 friends who have owned a noblechairs for a few years and are completely satisfied and in new condition if you take care of it of course. When I received my chair, I got the wrong model and that can happen, it's a human error. The return of the chair is super simple, fast and I thank the person who was very responsive to my emails so that I get the one I wanted. Moreover, I had a compensation following this error and that is very pleasing. If you are hesitating, I advise you to go for it, it is a long term investment that is worth the cost. J'ai commandé le modèle Hero noir/gold et je suis totalement satisfait de la chaise, très confortable, facile à monter, de bonne qualité, que des points positifs. J'ai également 2 amis qui possèdent une noblechairs depuis quelques années et sont entièrement satisfaits et en état neuf si on en prend soin bien évidemment. Quand j'ai reçu ma chaise, j'ai eu le mauvais modèle et cela peut arriver c'est une erreur humaine. Le retour de la chaise est super simple, rapide et je remercie la personne qui a été très réactive à mes mails pour que j'obtienne celle que je souhaitais. De plus, j'ai eu un dédommagement suite à cette erreur et qui est très réjouissant. Si vous hésitez, je vous conseille de foncer sur l'achat, c'est un investissement sur le long terme qui en vaut le cout. Cette marque à fait ses preuves !

Super produit, la qualité se sens dans chacun des composants. Le "mais" viens du fait qu'il manque deux visses dans le colis... Pour ce prix on est en droit de s'attendre a ce que ça n'arrive pas.
