Grundsätzlich kann ich mich den vorherigen positiven Bewertungen über den Stuhl komplett anschließen. Der Stuhl ist sein Geld wert und jeder sollte mal auf einen gesessen haben. Die Kissen sind sehr bequem. Ich kann jedem den Stuhl empfehlen, der einen sucht. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell. Leider hat mein Stuhl auch, wie in einer vorherigen Bewertung erwähnt, einen Schönheitsfehler. Die linke Plastikabdeckung der Kippfunktion kam bei mir verbogen an. Dieses beeinträchtigt die Funktion in keinster Weise, fällt jedoch bei genauerer Betrachtung etwas unschön ins Auge. Dieses habe ich Caseking umgehend nach dem Zusammenbau des Stuhls und Feststellung des Mangels per Mail mitgeteilt und um Austausch der Abdeckung gebeten. Leider hat Caseking bislang auf meine drei Mails nicht geantwortet. Die erste ist mittlerweile eine Woche her. Dieses finde ich leider etwas ärgerlich, da Caseking damit wirbt, Mails innerhalb von 24 Stunden zu beantworten und ich nach gut einer Woche noch keine Antwort erhalten habe. Fazit: Stuhl 8 von 10 Punkten, da kleiner Schönheitsfehler. Kundenservice 4 von 10 Punkten, da die Lieferung sehr schnell erfolgte, jedoch die Beantwortung von Mails sehr lange dauert, wenn diese überhaupt noch beantwortet werden.
Sitzfläche ist etwas fester, doch angenehm bei längeren Sessions. Die seitlichen Flügel sind jedoch gewöhnungsbedürftig - zwicken nach einer längeren Zeit an den außenseiten der Oberschenkel. Die hinterlegten Gasdruckfedern (im Bezug auf die Körpergröße) sind EINDEUTIG zu groß ausgelegt - ich (1,84m/medium bestellt) erreiche in der untersten Stellung gerade so(!) mit den Versen den Boden; ausgefahren schweben sie. Genauso verhält sich das in der untersten Position mit nach hinten geneigter Sitzfläche - schwebende Versen. Gleich nach Erhalt/Zusammenbau mit dem Support gesprochen, bekam ich eine eher dekadente Aussage zurück, weil ein einfacher Austausch nicht möglich wäre [werden aber einzelnd angeboten]. Bilanz: hörere Erwartungen für den Preis gehabt, zumal auch vieler, guter Rezessionen. Minimales Spiel im arritierten Zustand. Armlehnen könnten ein wenig Hochwertiger sein - wackeln doch ein wenig zu viel (meines erachtens nach). Mit einem Schemel/Fußablage aber bequem.
