Aufbau war alleine etwas schwer. Und die Plastik Teile sind leider sehr unsauber gearbeitet.
Stuhl: EPIC COPPER LIMITED EDITION Vorab möchte ich sagen, dass mir der Stuhl optisch sehr gut gefällt und auch einen hochwertigen Eindruch macht. Er ist bequem und der Aufbau ist auch kinderleicht. Ebenso war ich von der schnellen Lieferung begeistert. Ein Kritikpunkt ist jedoch, dass die Limited Editions ohne Kissen geliefert werden. Dies hatte ich leider so nicht erkannt bei meinem Kauf da die limited Edition in der gleichen Kategorie mit gleichem Preis angeboten wird, wie die normalen EPIC Stühle. Man muss hier schon extra in den FAQ nachlesen. Nach einer Beschwerde meinerseits telefonisch und Mail (hier kam nie eine Rückmeldung) bin ich über die Kulanz von Noblechairs leider enttäuscht. Hier hätte ich mir doch wenigstens ein entgegenkommen gewünscht. Sei es allein durch den Wegfall der Versandkosten bei der Nachbestellung der Kissen. Daher die zwei Sterne Abzug, da ich mir den Stuhl so sonst nicht gekauft hätte.
Ich nutze diesen Stuhl seit Anfang Februar 2021. Die Verarbeitung von Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne ist sehr gut. Die Armlehne sind etwas wackelig, das stört mich aber nicht. Die Wippfunktion ist stufenlos einstellbar über ein Drehmechanismus im Bereich der Gasdruckfeder. Diese kann man nur schwierig im Sitzen bedienen. Aber viel schlimmer ist, sobald die Verstellung auf den gewünschten wiederstand eingestellt ist, kippelt die Sitzfläche. Das ist leider extrem Nervig. Ich denke jedes mal, das die Wippfunktion aktiviert ist. Das Kippeln kann ich nur in komplett geschlossenem Zustand beheben. Dann wippt der Stuhl bei 70KG Körpergewicht aber nicht mehr. Laut Support ist das normal bzw. sogar notwendig. Aus diesem Grund vergebe ich nur 3 Sterne.
