The foundation of the EPIC Series from noblechairs is the powder-coated wheelbase made from solid aluminum with five arms and specially designed castors. These 60 mm castors consist of a Nylon core with a polyurethane coating that allows them to be quiet and suited for hard and soft flooring. Combined with the Safety Class 4 gas lift, the EPIC has been designed in conjunction with the optimized base to offer support for a maximum load of up to 120 kg (265 lbs).

Mega Stuhl erstmal zu mir ich bin 175 groß und etwas über 100 kg schwer. Der Stuhl passt perfekt!! Er ist etwas härter aber das ist gut ! Denn so ist er nicht so schnell durchgesessen!. Versand ging auch recht flott allerdings sollte man beachtetn das es als Sperrgut gehandhabt wird, bei mir hat es leider wegen seitens DHL fast 2 Wochen gedauert bis es zu mir ankam ansnonsten dauert es wohl nur ca 1 woche :)
Nachdem wir jahrelang immer die Billigstühle vom örtlichen Möbelgeschäft gekauft haben und diese regelmässig nach 1 bis 1 1/2 Jahren kaputt gingen (abgebrochene Lehnen, Druckfeder kaputt, lautes Knartschen der einzelnen Teile), haben meine Frau und ich uns entschlossen diesmal mehr Geld zu investieren.Ich habe diesen Stuhl zweimal bestellt. Beim ersten Mal war der Stuhl einwandfrei. Beim zweiten war ein mechanisches Teil kaputt, welches aber ohne grosse Probleme sofort ersetzt wurde. Der Stuhl war aber ansonsten vollkommen in Ordnung. Mittlerweile bin ich total begeistert. Allein beim Sitzen merkt man schon den Unterschied zu den Billigprodukten. Alles ist recht stabil und die Mechanik läuft ganz locker, ohne das irgendwas knartscht. Bevor man jedes Jahr irgendeinen Billigstuhl für 80 Euro kauft, sollte man das Geld wirklich in einen teuren Stuhl investieren. Vor allem, wenn man täglich drauf sitzt.
Positiv: Bequem, gut verarbeitet und hübsches Design. Negativ: Vorsicht beim Aufbau mit der Rückeneinstellung, ist nicht umsonst ein Warnschild drauf. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Armlehnen wegklappbar nach unten wäre dann und wann praktisch, aber muss auch nicht. Vielleicht 5 cm geringere Höhe bei der geringsten Einstellung. Aufbau: 9/10 Die meisten Schrauben sind schon von Anfang an in ihren Löchern. Leichte Probleme bei der ausrichtung der Armlehnenhalterung, da lösen der Schrauben nicht zur einstellbarkeit führte, da Metallträger an der Sitzunterseite festbackte. Könnte vielleicht abgestellt werden durch ein Blatt Papier bei der Produktion, das dazwischen gelegt wird. Sonst einen Kunstoffspachtel vorsichtig dazwischen schieben.
