The foundation of the HERO Series from noblechairs is the powder-coated wheelbase made from solid aluminum with five arms and specially designed castors. Combined with the Safety Class 4 gas lift, the HERO Series has been designed in conjunction with the optimized base to offer support for a maximum load of up to 150 kg / 330 lbs.

Alles super geklappt. Ist sehr bequem. Der Aufbau war recht einfach auch für einen Laien ohne Probleme, da fast alles schon vormontiert ist. Sehr gute Passgenauigkeit. Die Wippmechanik ausgesprochen gut. Das einzige Negative wo ich auch 1 Punkt abziehen muss ist, das die Verkleidung der Gasdruckfeder gerissen war. Dennoch würde ich das Produkt klar weiterempfehlen!
Da ich in Sachen Gaming Hardware als Enthusiast unterwegs bin und ein 3000 € PC mein Eigen nenne, mit welchem ich auch mehrere Stunden pro Woche beruflich arbeite, musste ein entsprechender "Enthusiast-Stuhl" her und mein 50 € Stuhl vom schwedischen Möbelhändler ersetzt werden. Ich entschied mich für den HERO PU Leder Schwarz/Schwarz. Was soll ich sagen? Der Stuhl sucht seinesgleichen. Die Verarbeitung des Rückenteils sowie des Sitzteils ist 1A. Die 4D Armlehnen lassen sich so einstellen wie man sie gerade braucht. Ich hätte mir bei dem Preis jedoch auch bezogenene Armlehnen gewünscht. (Der 50€ Stuhl vom schwedischen Möbelhändler hatte solche Armlehnen.) In Sachen Ergonomie macht er auch eine gute Figur und erleichtert das stundenlange Sitzen. Die Verarbeitung der Armlehen hatte ich ja bereits angesprochen. Der Handgriff zum Verstellen der Rückenneigung sowie der zum Verstellen des Rückendrucks hat mich ebenso enttäuscht. Einzig die Echtleder-Variante trupft mit einer chromierten Oberflächen auf. Das wäre auch sicherlich bei der PU Leder-Variante drin gewesen. Immerhin kostet das Teil auch seine 400 €. Alles in allem ist der Stuhl nichtsdestotrotz in seiner Kategorie sicherlich einer der besten Gaming Stühle. *Daumen hoch* ---- Neuzustellung und Reklamation (05.12.2018): Da das Rückenteil mit 3 anstelle von 4 Gewinden für die 4 Befestigungsschrauben angekommen ist, muss ich jetzt auf das Ersatzrückenteil warten. Die Montage war auch so möglich, ist auf Dauer jedoch nicht ideal und bietet nicht die nötige Stabilität. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit Caseking war (als Erstkunde) sehr leicht und mir wurde gleich geholfen. In der Hoffnung, dass das Ersatzteil zeitig eintrifft, freue ich mich auf einen 100% intakten Gaming Stuhl von noblechairs. Das diesbezügliche Update wird folgen...
Da mein letzter Bürostuhl den Gasdruck in der Höhenverstellung nicht mehr halten konnte und regelmäßig absackte, musste ein neuer her. Aufgrund der vielen, positiven Berichte und Hinweise, dass der Hero vor allem zu größeren Personen passt, habe ich mich für den Hero in Echtleder entschieden. Der Aufbau verlief problemlos (Danke an einen Rezensenten für den Hinweis der Schrauben in der Lehne). Nach rund drei Wochen in Benutzung kann ich nur aus wenigen Gründen die vollen 10 Punkte nicht geben. a) Die waagerechte Einstellung der Sitzfläche ist nicht waagerecht. Die Sitzfläche hat in der max. möglichen, waagerechten Einstellung eine nach hinten abfallende Sitzschräge von ca. 13°. Dies bedingt einen stetig vorhandenen Druck auf die Rückseite der Oberschenkel - das ist bei längerem Sitzen ein wenig unangenehm und m.E. suboptimal. Abhilfe (Bastellösung) würden nur entsprechende, kleine Hülsen unter den hinteren beiden Anschraubpunkten der Sitzfläche schaffen. Der Sinn aus ergonomischer Sicht - sofern es einen gibt - erschließt sich mir nicht. b) Die Armlehnen sind angenehm groß dimensioniert (Länge + Breite), die Polsterung entspricht in ihrer Härte ungefähr einem geschäumten Armaturenbrett aus einem Fahrzeug (sofern es kein Hartplastik aus einem Dacia ist). Allerdings ist Arretierung der Armlehnen nicht wackelfest, sprich' in allen Raumrichtungen ist etwas Spiel (rotatorisch mehr als vor und zurück). Das ist kein funktionelles Problem, ist aber angesichts der Preises nicht angemessen. c) Die Rückenlehne lässt sich in ihrer Neigung nicht stufenlos feststellen sondern hat fest vorgegebene Arretierungspunkte. In vielen Berichten wird auf die recht harte / feste Sitzfläche hingewiesen. Ja, sie ist fest, aber nicht wirklich hart. Ich empfinde den Härtegrad als gut ausbalanciert.
